How to return
Please read the following guide before you return or exchange:
Should you regret your purchase, we kindly ask you to return the package using your local post office or with a return label from us.
You have 14 days to return any items from the day you receive your order.
We can provide pre-paid return labels with either GLS or UPS depending on your country and the shipping price. The label will be sent to you via email and the return fee will be deducted in your total refund amount.
Please contact us if you want to hear your price for a return label. The pre-paid label fees are different depending on your country and package volume weight.
Remember that the item should be in the same condition as when you received it.
How to return:
Please contact us and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number (ex. "GEC1234"). You can find your order number in your order confirmation.
- The product(s) SKU you would like to return.
- Whether you want to send your return package with either your local post office or our pre-paid return label.
- If you choose our label, we will inform you of the price for the return label. (label prices are usually between 10€ and 25€)
- If you use your own label, please provide us the tracking number.
Afterwards, we will reply to your email with a confirmation. If you chose our return label, you will receive this in a seperate mail.
When we receive the return package, we will issue your refund.

How to exchange:
If you want to exchange an item, you just place a new order after creating your return. If you need help which item to exchange with, you can alsways feel free to contact our customer care.

When your return has been approved, and if you have chosen to use your own return label, you must return the item to our address:
